I wanted to write to tell you how much I appreciated your inspection of our house and how you explained everything to me. Have you ever though of being a teacher? I got so much out of listening to your descriptions of everything.

I have worked with several contarctors in building our last house, and got very frustrated because they were such poor communicators. A single problem often took several discussions to clear up because they never explained things to me. You changed my opinion of builder / contractors. I also wanted to let you know we have used the 3-ring binder you provided us with. We pull it out once in a while when we are trying to remember something about our furnace, etc. It is nice to have all the info in one place.

I will be calling you sometime in the future. We have several projects sitting on a waiting list, waiting for money to loosen up. You may be able to give us some insight to make some changes or you may be able to refer us to someone dealing with our particular needs.
 
Again, I appreciate the way you do your inspections with the home buyer. It was defenately worth the trip from Sioux Falls!
