My name is Ken Carr and my company is your best source for professional home inspection services.  

As a construction specialist since 1987, I know the ins and outs. I am licensed in New York State, Connecticut and Massachusetts.  I am a certified Radon Measurement Specialist.  I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors.  

I provide a satisfaction guarantee for all services provided. Written narrative reports with applicable photos are provided usually within 48-72 hours of the inspection. I take my time at the inspection and do not leave until I am satisfied that the job is done. I look at each inspection as if I was making the purchase.

Depending on the size of the property, inspections will take 90-minutes to 3-hours on average.
